In short
We keep the minimum the service needs. We don’t store the content of API requests at all. Web chat conversations are stored so they’re available on all your devices, and deleted as soon as you ask.
What we store
Account: email, name and password hash.
Web chat: messages and answers in your chats — until you delete them.
API: technical metrics only — request time, key, model, status, token count and duration. No request or response text.
API keys: name, restrictions and a hash of the secret. We don’t keep the secret itself.
Payments: orders and their status. Card details are processed by the payment provider and never reach us.
Sessions: device type and IP address, so you can see where you are signed in.
How requests are processed
Requests are processed by computing infrastructure to generate a response. Tenzo Cloud does not pass your personal data to it and does not store the content of API requests.
Deletion
Any chat or the whole chat history can be deleted in the workspace in one click. The account is deleted in settings: all chats and keys go with it, and orders are anonymized for accounting.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember your language. No ad or third-party trackers.
