Really no limits?

No token or message caps. Concurrent requests (by streams) and 120 new requests a minute per account are limited.

Can I move my ChatGPT history?

There is no automatic import, but you can paste the context you need into a new chat; the models hold large documents whole.

Does it work for a team?
