Contracts, code and client threads are not something you want in someone else’s request history. Your own model server costs a fleet of GPUs and a team to run it. Tenzo Cloud sits in between: models over an API that do not store your prompts.
What we keep and what we do not
Over the API we store neither prompts nor answers, not in the database and not in logs. The journal keeps only time, model, status and token count: enough for statistics, but the content cannot be recovered from it.
In the web chat history is kept so it syncs across an employee’s devices. Any chat or the whole history can be deleted in one click, for good.

FAQ
Do you train models on our data?
No. API prompts are not stored, so they cannot be used for training or analysis.
Can we restrict employee access?
Yes. Each key can be limited to certain models, IPs, an expiry date and a maximum number of streams.
How does a company pay?

Can we connect a company bot?
Yes, through the OpenAI-compatible API: n8n, LangChain, Telegram bots and your own services all work.
